During the initial consultation of 90 minutes, we will form a deep assessment of your current and previous health conditions; this will include – thorough look at bodily systems, family history, life style, current and past medications.

After consultation you will receive a suitable personalised plan – delivered via a 10 minute telephone call and email for your perusal – all included in the package price.

The plan will consist of:

   ·      A personalised diet and lifestyle plan

   ·      Supplement plan if required, taking into account interactions with medications and other supplements.

   ·      Discount code for supplements if needed

   ·      Details of functional testing requisites

   ·      GP letter if necessary

   ·      Factsheets and recipe idea’s

   ·      Terms and conditions read and signed prior to returning no later than 72 hours before the initial consultation.
